I am a trauma‑informed nutritionist and public health practitioner specialising in:

  • Public health nutrition

  • Family support and family approaches for health and well-being

  • Welsh nutrition and healthy weight policy implementation including improving access to healthier food in the community, childcare and school food standards

  • Translating evidence into realistic, compassionate practice for carers and frontline staff

  • Nutrition and eating behaviour in the context of early adversity, ACEs and care experience.

Consultancy & project development

I work in partnership with organisations to:

Bespoke support for parenting, fostering and adoption services

I offer one-to-one support for families by referral. Support can be provided to tailor internal policies, develop guidance and resources for carers and key workers.
