I am a trauma‑informed nutritionist and public health practitioner specialising in:
Public health nutrition
Family support and family approaches for health and well-being
Welsh nutrition and healthy weight policy implementation including improving access to healthier food in the community, childcare and school food standards
Translating evidence into realistic, compassionate practice for carers and frontline staff
Nutrition and eating behaviour in the context of early adversity, ACEs and care experience.

Consultancy & project development
I work in partnership with organisations to:
Co-design and evaluate nutrition and health projects.

Bespoke support for parenting, fostering and adoption services
I offer one-to-one support for families by referral. Support can be provided to tailor internal policies, develop guidance and resources for carers and key workers.
