Services for Families
I offer practical nutrition advice and coaching that’s tailored to your life and proven to help families build healthier, happier relationships with food.
My service offers dedicated time and space to think. It is a supportive time where we will work together to understand your family’s unique food story, identify the strengths you already have, create strategies tailored to your family’s specific needs and build your confidence in navigating challenges.
We can start with a free 15-minute chat to explore what you want to achieve and how I work. You can ask me questions and we’ll make sure I’m the right person to help before committing to the next step.
Working with me
My approach starts with getting to know you, your family’s relationship with food and understanding your current challenges.
We can agree on a one off or three 1-hour one-to-one sessions in your home or online with further follow up session available.
We will define what you want to achieve, set actionable goals and create a tailored plan together.
After our first session I’ll send you a summary and give you recommendations to resources and practical tools. I will include a guided workbook, so you always have something to refer to.
If suitable I offer a food diary analysis with feedback.
Further sessions review how things are going, adjust the practical strategies, celebrate progress and talk through moving forward.
You will have access to me between sessions through a messaging app, I’ll check in with you and be here to answer any questions or provide re-assurance.

Kind words from families

Before working with Beth, I was spending loads on food but still felt stuck. She helped me set boundaries with my daughter, find healthier meals that taste good. Growing up, I hadn’t been taught to cook and with my mental health, I used to skip meals or eat late when my daughter was asleep. Beth supported me to set small goals and now I’m cooking and its family time. It’s been such a positive change.

Beth was an absolute lifeline. As a single mum I felt lost with my sons eating. She helped me understand his needs, guided me through fussy eating and even budget friendly meal planning and food shopping. Mealtimes are now calmer times for us to eat together. I’m so grateful.

When I first met Beth I was relying on takeaways and completely overwhelmed. I’d never accepted support before, but Beth took the time to build trust with me. Beth helped me find simple meals that work for all of us, including my son with autism and my low energy levels. I never thought I’d get to this point but now I believe that change is possible.
